Supré is specialty store which is being sold all over the world. It sells clothing items mainly for teenagers but is a store which still sells to older women as well, they sell t-shirts, pants, leggings, bras, dresses, sweaters and jumpers. Supré is a very popular store selling many products everyday. The closest Supré to me is located in Macquarie Shopping Centre and Chatswood Westfield Shopping centre, Australia.
Return after poor customer service/ return and exchange policy
The return policy for Supré after receiving poor customer service is that the consumer who bought the product can receive a refund or exchange the product for someone else only if the customer has their receipt. Supré has a 100 day return policy which if a customer would like to return their product they are able to within 100 days, but unfortunately this only goes for the online purchases. If you want to return a product from an in-store purchase then the customer will have to return the product within a certain time frame and have a receipt in hand for proof. It also is the same for exchanging online, they also have the 100 day exchange policy. If the customer would like to exchange from an in-store purchase then the customer has to bring the receipt with them and then can exchange, but if the customer would like a full price exchange in store than the exchange will have to be completed within 10 days. Supré does not allow refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
